New Limited Edition Mini Mossy Valentine’s Day Cakes for 2025, baked and decorated for pick up only on the 13th and 14th of February.
MINI is 2 generous servings or 4 small servings and comes in a clear box with a blank postcard.

1. PINK MINI MOSSY Oishii berry Strawberry Dream Cake layered with Oishii Berries, strawberry whipped cream cheese and decorated with Italian meringue buttercream, Oishii Berries and lychees.

2. RED MINI MOSSY Belgian Callebaut “Matilda”-esque chocolate cake layered with chocolate ganache, Amarena cherries decorated with Italian meringue buttercream, matcha dust, Oishii Berries and blackberries.
3. SILVER MINI CARVED Belgian Callebaut “Matilda”-esque chocolate cake layered with chocolate ganache, Amarena cherries, silver lustre and Oishii Berries
